K4club Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the k4club platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the k4club platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the k4club platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and k4club as the platform operator. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this service. k4club reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
Account Creation and Information Security
To access the full k4club experience, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is only permitted one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed, and any remaining balance may be forfeited. k4club reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid copies of identification documents.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the k4club support team immediately via our official email. k4club will not be liable for any loss arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own account security.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
K4club users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal purposes.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of k4club's systems or networks.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools to exploit the gaming or transaction systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing any third party to access or use it.
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you or has not been authorised by its owner.
- Harassing other users or distributing unlawful content through the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and where necessary, legal proceedings. k4club reserves the right to report suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the k4club platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). k4club supports deposits and withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go e-wallet. Available payment methods may change from time to time in accordance with operator policy.
Transaction Limits and Conditions
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by k4club and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. Current limits can be viewed in your account section after logging in. k4club reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice.
Every withdrawal request is subject to internal compliance review. k4club reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or in cases deemed suspicious. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
Any attempt to process a transaction using an unauthorised third-party payment method will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being investigated. k4club is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
K4club Limitation of Liability
K4club does not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. In the event of a service disruption due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control, k4club will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users.
K4club's maximum total liability to any user for any claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. k4club will not be liable for any loss of profits, business disruption, or indirect damages of any kind.
Account Suspension and Closure
K4club reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at k4club's absolute discretion. Users whose accounts are suspended pending investigation will be unable to access their balance or carry out any transactions until the investigation is concluded.
Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting k4club customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and any applicable bonus conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Amendments
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the k4club platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, software, domain names, and design — is the exclusive property of k4club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from k4club.
Third-Party Links and Services
The k4club platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers or game providers. k4club is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective operator's terms.
Amendments and Governing Law
K4club reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
